Do you sometimes feel like others succeed and you only seem to struggle, that no matter what benchmark you achieve, “success” still lies further ahead? Do you struggle with choices between what fulfills you and what society tells you is “the” successful career, position, life? Or you have all that, from the 6-figure salary to the white-picketed fence, and yet do not feel the satisfaction you thought these successes would bring? In this event, we will explore how the way we think of success impacts our self-esteem and life satisfaction. We will discuss strategies to help you align what success means to you with your core values, and without lowering our standard. Brought to you by Harvard Alumni for Mental Health (HAMH) and the Tuck School of Business Alumni and Student Career Services.
