For James - Just curious and maybe I missed it, but do you charge for the testing? Thanks.

42:40
James would you be able to share with us any of the papers in the packet that you distribute to clients to be tested?

43:02
So the public testing we do is at no charge to the people getting tested.

43:12
jcomeaux@accesshealthla.org

43:31
Where do you get the self-test from?

43:52
Sure we can share the information that we use

44:20
James,What s was your process for separating patients that have symptoms when accessing the unit. Do you clean between each testing.

44:35
The tests come from the Louisiana Office of Public provide the tests

45:29
When we say our patients we did the test in the person's car. They did not come into the unit. The staff wore PPE and we cleaned the unit each day.

45:59
Where did you get the self testing units from? What did you clean your unit with if they had access to enter?

47:06
Can you share the information provided in this metting?

47:34
There will be a recording provided and a link on our site mobilehcar.org

47:59
are you keeping folks outside the mobile unit? and if not, then how are you cleaning the unit between patients?

48:21
The state office of public health provided the testing supplies. We used sanitizing wipes and then had it disinfected weekly

48:38
For, VNA, when seeing sick patients how did the staff stay safe? Did type of PPE did you wear? How many staff members were present? Sounds like no one came onto the mobile?

48:55
How do people feel about coming inside the units for Blood pressures and blood sugars?

49:02
Where are all of you getting N95 masks for staff?

49:08
The people were tested outside of the unit. They remained in their car for testing. We do have an area outside of the unit for walk up

49:25
How can you still provide blood pressure and sugar testing while keeping your safe distance?

50:31
what if folks don’t have a car? I am from Lawrence and none of our folks have cars

51:00
who is providing your ppe

51:48
How do you follow up on the diabetes and hypertension patients?

51:49
Do staff change PPE after each patients?

56:58
How are Covid -19 screening locations and services being advertised to the general public.

58:38
Resource for purchasing N95 masks nationally?

59:57

01:00:07
What about the school age kids 4, 7, 11 where immunizations are due? Once schools reopen, our pediatric clinics are worried that they won't be up to date since under AAP current recommendations they aren't being called in for visits

01:00:11
how could we do dentistry in mobile vans while practicing social distancing and protecting patients?

01:01:18
How many children do you see daily?

01:02:03
DDS - We had stopped DDS, but are now talking about doing teleentistry to trize most urgent. Most urgent would then come t an appointment and treated in DDS vehicle. Has anyone done this yet? And do they have a recommendation on DDS Teledental services?

01:03:44
We have no operating budget, this is why I answered 'NO' to have we lost funding.

01:04:36
yes would love to hear more about DDS teledentistry

01:04:59
We will look into a webinar on tele dentistry

01:05:00
We are trying to figure out how to get back into seeing patients

01:05:24
Worried about the confined space and the possible spread of disease

01:05:26

01:05:58

01:09:42
Medical Teams International pivoted to emergency dental clinics. We have 12 mobile clinics in our fleet. We hired a consultant epidemiologist to help with our protocols alongside our Dental Director, using ADA guidelines to provide only emergency/urgent treatment. We decreased aerosols by minimizing use of hand pieces a number of other treatment changes, cleaning, air changes etc. We also are fortunate to have plenty of in-house PPE from our global warehouse. It's been a remarkable pivot and some of our volunteer dentists commented that they will take back some of our protocols to their private practice.

01:12:52
Is this hyppa appropriate people may not want to disclose others information

01:13:03
What is the protocol to disinfect our mobile van?

01:13:30
We do screen everyone off-van and take vitals, health history etc. off-van to minimize time on the unit. We only have one patient and providers on the van each encounter. Patients wait in cars or other outside socially distant waiting area.

01:15:22
Paint supply stores also have N95s at times.

01:16:09
PPE sources- technical high schools, non-medical colleges and departments at universities (colleges of art and engineering, libraries)

01:16:09
We joined to build a network and continue to explore if a mobile unit is what we need to solve some of our toughest health challenges. Can you please share what resource was the most helpful in starting and during the exploring stage. Shawn Shanahan, Fremont Health Foundation, Fremont Nebraska
