37:15
Yes, if you don't answer question 4 you can't submit the poll.

37:17
how do you see the poll?

37:19
perhaps because I do not have an answer to the last question?

37:23
me neither cant submit

37:45
can't submit

37:54
yes you have to select an answer to the last question

37:54
I can't submit without answering the 4th question

38:01
NOT LETTING ME SUBMIT. I’M ON A COMPUTER

38:07
You've made #4 mandatory

38:08
i just put 'comm. educ.' even though we aren't using our unit now

38:12
There needs to be a “none of the above” option

38:17
What if you don't have an answer for #4?

38:19
failed to submit poll, error 10000041

38:33
Wasn't able to fill out poll. We haven't implemented our mobile clinic yet. Just received a grant + in the planning process. Here to learn about what everyone is doing in response to COVID

38:34
Not able to submit if we say no to Q 3

38:41
I only see one question.

38:51
I answered number 4 but we currently are not doing anything.

39:03
Please show again-can’t submit

39:05
#4 needs a none of the above ;)

39:06
SCROLL DOWN.

42:17
is there a way to turn off the notification when people enter?

42:32
I agree. Thank you!

44:05
I don't see any video

45:02
Click on the little blue box top right of your screen, Chris

45:39
Thanks :-)

45:55
Christopher Ervin, on the right of your screen, you will see a set of video thumbnails. When you go to the bottom of the last thumbnail, you will see a down arrow. Click on it, and you will see Christina's video. You can see it as a thumbnail or double-click on it to make it the main screen

48:43
It was an earlier question

48:45
At the PC setting mobile units are you seeing patients with normal temperature by respiratory issues?

48:57
Do patients get a mask as soon as they show up at the site?

49:00
How many of the 4000 have tested positive?

49:18
Are you taking walk ups?

49:25
are the providers using mask for care

49:59
Are you finding those that need to be referred immediately to ER? Do you have RN's accessing the patients for immediate care?

50:24
assessing

51:12
How are you doing with staff turnover? Any having to self-quarantine since you started?

51:15
Are there other health systems conducting testing at the mega site?

52:05
What PPE are the staff using?

52:14
For those with Positive tests, who is assessing them for treatment vs ED need

52:18
can a volunteer or un-certified person conduct a swab test?

52:22
So as far as testing, the mobile unit is being used for WiFi capabilities and storage, is that correct? How did you arrive at that decision and would you recommend anything different for other places considering a mobile unit or re-purposing a mobile unit?

52:55
other guidelines for testing like temperature , other Sxs plus risk? what happens to the results?

53:14
What EHR are you using to track all those tested?

53:35
Yesterday, Dr. Jay Butler shared the people who are actually the most contagious are the ones who are asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic. If you wait until they have a fever to actually test them, then doesn’t that mean they have the opportunity to infect more people since they won’t be tested until they have a fever.

53:50
thank you!!

01:01:58
please mute your speaker if you are not a presenter. Thank you

01:02:07
Are you having staff self-quarantine based upon asymptomatic positive testing or based upon symptomatic positive testing only?

01:02:22
Are you seeing families or children? If so, who do you approach limited numbers on the van?

01:02:34
How*

01:04:27
Thank you!

01:06:03
Are you providing any services to Migrant, Seasonal workers?

01:07:30
What is L.A. County doing about all the homeless population who are not isolating or distancing themselves? Isn’t this indicative of a second wave of COVID in L.A.?

01:07:58
Can anyone answer: Are there particular licensing credentials to be a screener for Covid-19?

01:10:35
Is Keck participating with any of their mobile units?

01:10:50
Keck in Los Angeles

01:11:04
How are you handle food distribution with people at risk that they don not want to go outside and-or with those COVD-19 positive?

01:11:25
Keck has Mobile units? I know the Med school had one for the Med students... But I hadn't heard that Keck Hospital has any MHV's?

01:12:14
How do you keep the staff protected while distributing food and supplies?

01:16:27
I don’t know for sure on Keck, that’s why I was asking. The dental school has quite a few mobile units but no dental services are being provided now due to COVID and CDC request for only emergency services

01:17:35
We are distributing food and COVID testing simultaneously for a couple of hours.... maintaining distancing but we have some concerns about risk

01:18:02
Any one doing outreach for Migrant and seasonal farm workers?

01:18:07
can volunteers or uncertified vols perform a swab test?

01:18:30
For the drive thru pharmacy. Are those delivering the medication wearing PPE and if so what are they required to wear?

01:18:40
Morehouse School of Medicine, we have a student-run clinic. We are converting to a telehealth service. The students will be paired with faculty member and will do joint sessions with patients still needing care.

01:22:03
We are a small community clinic in DC that provides services through the Mexican, Salvadoran, and Guatemalan consulates for mostly undocumented immigrants and others. The consulates are of course closed. Before the COVID breakout we were exploring a partnership with George Washington U and United Medical Center to use two MHC that have been sitting idled for the past 5 years. We believe that now is the time to get started in testing in a community that is already fearful. My fear is not have a good business plan in place yet and not knowing want I don’t know to get us started. Where can I find a good business plan or resources to get us started?

01:23:21
Does anyone have policies and procedures in place for workers who are put on the front line? If so, are you willing to share?

01:23:46
What are the mobile health units thoughts of homemade masks? Is anyone accepting them and in need?

01:24:52
Are you concerned about asymptomatic positive patients?

01:27:48
Our dental has donated all of our PPE to Keck medical

01:28:10
Cincinnati Children's is using the mobile unit to test employees. We have an algorithm for employees who call a centralized number for HR with COVID-19 systems. Depending on how they answer questions will determine if they are referred to get a test. The mobile is a clean work station. It's now setup for HR to send requisitions directly to the van when an employee calls HR. The van can travel to our satellite locations. We are testing the flow to also do patients.

01:28:51
Good Afternoon All - Thank you for all that you're doing to help during this time. I'm Melissa Thum at Thum Insurance and I just offer that you contact your insurance agent / broker if you're changing your operations due to COVID-19 so the agent/broker can review your coverage. Take care all!
