In the current state of the random forest groundwater modeling, there is no correction for ascertainment bias. There don’t seem to be a substantial state to state discontinuities for the arsenic data. The cadmium data does appear more problematic and I have not explored cadmium as much.

Does activated carbon capture the heavy metals, PFAS, etc. in drinking water? Do all water sites have same filtering capabilities?
