Is there staging for cancer?

This way of presenting is fantastic!

Current EMERSE release does NOT offer the capacity to extract cancer staging. That has been said, upcoming release with NLP features, will provide certain features on the sematic level.

Though there could be many misspellings in the medical records, is fuzzy search feasible?

advance search can do it, if you are familiar with Lucene query. This is what David's currently demoing

Does EMERSE support all kinds of database used in hospital, such as SQL relational database, mongo-DB or other kinds of database?

we support most of popular relational databases, including Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL. However, we don't support non-SQL database like mongo
