that’s tough to track, as literally companies big and small have issued statements. However, you can use the implantation cycle that John just mentioned to assess where those place are at and if they are going in the right direction
too often schools, organization, focus on just creating access and not engaging in practices that create belonging
students sometimes particularly marginalized students are forced to choose between access and belonging… they should be able to experience both
belonging does not equal fitting in
matter fact sometimes fitting in is the anthesis of belonging

you can’t fix the “achievement” gap unless you attend to the belonging gap
