FWC April Speaker Series with Michael Brenner

We welcome you to join us for a discussion on writing with Michael Brenner, the Michael F. Cronin Professor of Applied Mathematics and Applied Physics and Professor of Physics at SEAS. Professor Brenner’s work ranges across disciplines, using mathematics to examine a variety of problems in science and engineering. In addition, he co-founded the popular Harvard class, “Science and Cooking: From Haute Cuisine to the Science of Soft Matter” and, along with Pia Sörensen and David Weitz, co-authored Science and Cooking (2020), part textbook, part cookbook, demonstrating the scientific principles at work in the kitchen and featuring recipes from world-class chefs.
